Why Lier
The Duwijck business park is a good example of how companies in this region work together. The business association vzw Duwijckpark has existed since 2006 and counts the city of Lier and POM Antwerpen among its members alongside the companies themselves. Together they keep the quality of the park up. They recently launched an energy community there as well, together with POM Antwerpen and the energy cooperative ZuidtrAnt.
Duwijck holds mainly companies in production, processing and recycling of goods, construction, storage and distribution, and research and development.
