From Excel to one working environment

Every growing company runs into the same point: the planning sits in Excel, the customers in a mailbox, the stock in someone's head and the numbers only arrive at the end of the quarter. We build one platform to take its place, shaped around how your team really works.

In practice that means dashboards with numbers coming live out of your systems, planning boards for crews and projects, work orders and order follow-up, customer files with the whole history attached and automatic reports waiting every Monday morning. What your team retypes by hand today between two systems, we let run automatically.

We build the tool around the way of working your team already knows. The planner who sorts out his week in three clicks in a familiar Excel has to manage that at least as smoothly tomorrow, in something that also talks to the rest of the company.

We start on the work floor and deliver the part that costs the most time today first.

    We look at how the work runs

    The spreadsheet with twelve tabs and three colour codes tells us more than a specification document. Only once we understand the process do we start building.

  2. Week 1

    First bottleneck & proposal

    We pick the process that hurts most today and put a fixed proposal with a price and a date on it.

  3. Week 2–6

    Weekly build rhythm

    Every finished piece goes live right away. Your team works with it while we build the next piece.

  4. Week 3–6

    Data & connections

    We import your existing spreadsheets and connect to your accounting package and other APIs. Nothing is lost.

  5. After that

    The platform grows with you

    After launch we extend step by step, each time with a piece your team uses right away.

No licence per user

A web platform the whole team works in, each with the right permissions: the owner sees the margins, the planner sees the planning and if you want a client portal, the customer sees only their own file. It works on desktop at the office and on phone or tablet in the workshop and on the road.

And because the platform is yours, you pay no licence per user per month. If your team grows from ten to thirty people, your software cost stays where it is.

Can you turn our Excel way of working into a real tool?

Yes, that is pretty much our speciality. We take over the logic and the formulas of your spreadsheets, import the existing data and build a platform around it where several people work at the same time without overwriting versions or breaking formulas. If your question is mostly about reporting out of Excel, our page on Excel dashboards is the sharper starting point.

What about the software we already use, like our accounting package?

That simply stays. We connect through APIs or through imports and exports, so data flows across automatically. We only replace the pieces that fail you today, such as the spreadsheets and the loose lists in between.

Do we pay per user, the way we do for off-the-shelf software?

No. The platform is your property, so there are no licence costs per user. You pay for the build and after that a limited cost for hosting and maintenance. The more your team grows, the bigger the difference with a subscription model becomes.
