In practice that means dashboards with numbers coming live out of your systems, planning boards for crews and projects, work orders and order follow-up, customer files with the whole history attached and automatic reports waiting every Monday morning. No licence per user

A web platform the whole team works in, each with the right permissions: the owner sees the margins, the planner sees the planning and if you want a client portal, the customer sees only their own file. It works on desktop at the office and on phone or tablet in the workshop and on the road.

Can you turn our Excel way of working into a real tool?

Yes, that is pretty much our speciality. We take over the logic and the formulas of your spreadsheets, import the existing data and build a platform around it where several people work at the same time without overwriting versions or breaking formulas. If your question is mostly about reporting out of Excel, our page on Excel dashboards is the sharper starting point.

What about the software we already use, like our accounting package?

That simply stays. We connect through APIs or through imports and exports, so data flows across automatically. We only replace the pieces that fail you today, such as the spreadsheets and the loose lists in between.

How long does a project like this take?

The first process is usually live after a few weeks. After that we extend step by step, each time with a working piece your team uses right away. So you never wait months for one big system that has to do everything at once.

Do we pay per user, the way we do for off-the-shelf software?

No. The platform is your property, so there are no licence costs per user. You pay for the build and after that a limited cost for hosting and maintenance. The more your team grows, the bigger the difference with a subscription model becomes.
