The challenge
Freelancer hours were tracked through a patchwork of Excel files, handwritten notes and emails.
That produced a steady stream of errors, confusion and a heavy administrative load for the Lantis invoicing team.

Our approach
We built a custom web app where freelancers log their hours digitally in a few clicks. The tool handles different profiles and approval flows.
The invoicing team got one clear central overview, connected to Business Central and secured with Microsoft SSO. The solution went live in three months.

The result
Every timesheet is now processed centrally and without errors. The back-and-forth emailing is over, and payments are prepared faster and more accurately.
Everyone uses the app without friction, and it saves the admin team dozens of hours a week.
