The challenge
Every Monday, six hours went into building the schedule in Excel. CMRs came in over WhatsApp, around 180 messages a week, and the admin team spent forever digging them back out.
Drivers on leave got scheduled anyway, because the leave overview lived in a separate file. And on average three or four trips a month never made it onto an invoice. Thousands of euros a year in lost revenue.

Our approach
In ten weeks we built a custom web and mobile app. The planning module checks for conflicts automatically and flags double bookings or leave.
Drivers upload CMRs through the mobile app, so admin sees straight away what has come in and what is missing. The invoicing report lists every trip per client with its CMR status, exports to Excel and connects to TransX and Billit.
