01
The challenge
K&C Marine Contractors carries out diving and underwater inspections on quay walls, locks, jetties and harbours. Strong craftsmanship, with the reporting trailing behind it. Inspectors took notes on paper on site and typed everything up later in a Word template.
Every inspector did it their own way, so no two reports looked alike. Count on half a day of work per inspection, plus Word files scattered across local drives next to the Robaws projects.

Our approach
We built a native iOS and Android app that lets divers fill in their report on site, based on modular templates the admin team writes itself. Photos are annotated in the app, and AI cleans up free text and translates it where needed.
Admin follows everything in one dashboard, approves it and delivers a PDF in K&C house style in one click. The Robaws connection syncs projects and clients automatically.

The result
An inspection that used to cost half a day of reporting is now finished before the diver is out of the suit. Every report looks the same, the data stays inside K&C, and admin has a live view of everything running.
The paperwork happens on the boat. K&C is back to focusing on the work under water.

From Build More
K&C Marine Contractors took us out onto the boat so we could see how an inspection really runs. That openness made the difference. A report that used to take half a day is now ready before the diver is out of the suit. Proud of what we built here together.
