The challenge
Stichting Robin fights child poverty in education with the Robin pass, which keeps school costs manageable.
Every application was handled by hand in Excel: registration, checks, calculation and follow-up. That cost hours per pass, invited mistakes and slowed the foundation's growth.

Our approach
We developed a web application where parents apply for a pass themselves, schools approve it and every calculation runs automatically.
The Odoo connection syncs organisation data, and partners integrate through an API.

The result
Stichting Robin now handles applications smoothly and without errors, with a dramatic drop in admin time.
The platform gives parents, schools, partners and the foundation itself a clear view, and it processes more applications with no extra manual work.
