The challenge
The project managers at Goeyvaerts-R built the schedule for several crews by hand in Excel.
There was no view of who was sick or unavailable, and no cost tracking or check after the fact.

Our approach
In twelve weeks we built a custom web and mobile app. The application makes the schedule easy to read and pushes it out to the right people automatically.
Staff log their hours through the mobile app, so cost tracking and review follow on their own.

The Goeyvaerts-R team always has a current overview and no more surprises when someone is away.
Planning takes a fraction of the time it used to. Fewer headaches, more focus on real work.
