Parents registered via a Google form, and based on the data collected in an Excel sheet, Lynn had to make matches manually every day. She then sent individual emails to inform parents about their match and created WhatsApp groups herself. This process took hours every day and was not user-friendly for either Lynn or the end users.

On the recommendation of a satisfied Build More customer, Village Dates quickly Build More . Build More a custom application that automated the entire matching process. Users can now log in themselves, after which the system automatically matches parents within their local community and adds them directly to the appropriate WhatsApp group. This reduces the need for manual intervention and ensures a seamless user experience.

Village Dates now saves hours of manual work, allowing Lynn to focus entirely on the further growth of the platform. End users benefit from a user-friendly portal where they can view their village and manage their data. For the administrator, the application provides a clear overview of all users and the ability to filter by region, which greatly simplifies management.
