About this project
Transport Schouls struggled with Excel planning, CMRs via WhatsApp, and forgotten trips on invoices. Build More a web application that brings planning, leave management, CMR processing, and invoicing reporting together in one system.
The challenge
Every Monday, Schouls spent six hours making plans in Excel. Admin searched through 180 WhatsApp messages per week to find CMRs.
Drivers on leave were scheduled because the leave overview was in a separate file. On average, 3 to 4 trips per month were forgotten to be invoiced - thousands of euros per year in lost revenue. There was also no overview of damage claims.
