A custom web and mobile application that digitizes underwater inspections. From inspection to finished report before the diver even steps out of his suit.
Railforce
A custom web and mobile app that functions as a mini-ERP. Scheduling, work orders, inventory management, transportation, and invoice preparation are all integrated into a single system, tailored to their specific workflow.

About this project
Railforce rents out rail cranes and related equipment to construction sites throughout Belgium. For each project, cranes, loading platforms, containers, drivers, operators, and transporters must be scheduled and monitored. There are many moving parts, but little visibility.
The challenge
Planning was done in Excel. Work orders were on paper. Changes were communicated by phone. Site staff had to track down missing signatures, planners had to call drivers, and hours were often missing from invoices. We looked into standard ERP systems like Robaws and Timeking, but none of them fit the way Railforce actually operates.

The solution
A single platform with all resources: cranes, loading bins, containers, personnel, and transportation. Planners can view availability at a glance, with automatic conflict detection. Site workers fill out their work orders on the mobile PWA and have them digitally signed on-site. Carriers receive their schedules via a magic link, without needing to log in. Material management tracks status, location, and certificates. The admin clusters work orders by customer and forwards invoicing to Billit.
The result
The planner has a real-time overview. The field worker manages everything from his pocket. The admin can invoice faster and without errors. Excel spreadsheets and loose documents are a thing of the past.

Conclusion
A standard ERP system wasn't a good fit. So we built one tailored to their processes.
