About this project
The Robin Foundation fights child poverty in education through the Robin Pass, which makes school expenses manageable. Build More built a central application that automates the entire application and management process, from application by parents to approval by schools and disbursement to partners.
The challenge
Previously, each application was done manually through Excel: registration, verification, calculation and follow-up. This took hours per pass, was error-prone and inhibited the foundation's growth.

The solution
We developed a web application in which parents can apply for a pass themselves, schools can approve it, and all calculations are automatic. The link with Odoo ensures synchronization of organizational data, and partners can integrate via an API.
The result
Robin Foundation now processes applications smoothly and error-free, with a drastic reduction in administrative time. The platform provides overview for all parties: parents, schools, partners and the foundation itself, and scales effortlessly with growth.
