About this project
Goeyvaerts-R was looking for a solution to the time-consuming and untidy tracking of employee certificates. Build More built a tool that automatically notifies when certificates expire, reducing stress and saving time.
The challenge
The HR team had to manually monitor the validity of hundreds of certificates (such as VCA and forklift certificates). The overview was lacking, there were no automatic notifications at expiration dates, and it was unnecessarily time-consuming and risky.

The solution
Build More developed a customized tool in just two weeks, linked directly to Odoo. The application clearly displays all certificates and automatically sends an alert to HR well before a certificate expires.
