The challenge
Lynn, the founder of Village Dates, matched parents by hand. Registrations came in through a Google form, matches were made off an Excel sheet, and individual emails and hand-made WhatsApp groups followed.
That process cost hours a day and could not hold up as the platform grew.

Our approach
We developed a custom application that automates the whole matching process. Users log in themselves, the system matches parents inside their local community and adds them straight to the right WhatsApp group.
The admin got a clear overview of every user, with filters by region.

The result
Village Dates saves hours of manual work a day, so Lynn can put all her attention on growing the platform.
End users get a friendly portal where they see their village and manage their details. The solution scales along with no extra manual work.
