A booking system for 50,000 viewers, live in three weeks
For the AED Studios TV show we built a booking tool in three weeks, letting viewers browse the tiny houses and plan a visit on the spot.

01
The challenge
AED Studios, one of the largest media complexes in the Benelux, needed an easy tool for the TV show Tiny House Battle so viewers could browse the tiny houses and book an appointment right away.
No existing tool fitted. The application had to look good, scale, and sync with existing calendars, all against a hard deadline before broadcast.
02
Our approach
We developed a fully bespoke application with an intuitive interface and a built-in booking tool.
A pragmatic approach put a final version up within three weeks, connected to Outlook and Google Calendar.
03
The result
The platform drew more than 50,000 visitors, handled a stream of appointments and helped sell every tiny house.
Viewers picked their own time slot, while the production team followed every appointment in one schedule.
Vanuit Build More
Tiny House Battle had a TV deadline, so every day counted. In three weeks we built a booking tool that walked more than 50,000 viewers smoothly through the process. Working under that pressure with AED Studios was intense and above all great fun.
