The challenge
The Immoscoop platform was designed entirely for estate agents, while more and more private owners wanted to put their property up for sale themselves.
The internal team behind the core application had no capacity to build a new, unproven module for private sellers. That held the growth back.
Our approach
Together with the Immoscoop team we built a separate microservice that plugs into the existing platform through Single Sign-On.
The private seller flow follows the same house style, so users experience one consistent platform. All data was connected to the internal systems and the data warehouse in Google BigQuery.
The result
Immoscoop now experiments quickly with private listings without adding pressure on the core team. Changes are easy to make, business users included.
The platform stays clear, all data is managed centrally and flows straight into reporting.
