01

The challenge

Happy Cars wanted a platform where drivers post tailored service requests and local service partners offer personalised quotes.

They needed the whole set: service requests, a quoting tool, scheduling and payments, without the complexity and cost of a long custom project.

A garage service manager writing out a quote by hand at the counter, with the schedule on a paper wall calendar and the workshop behind the glass

02

Our approach

We built one request flow that ties every chosen service straight to a time slot, a service partner and a vehicle. Users manage their vehicles in the same portal.

Payments run entirely in-app through Mollie. The focus stayed on the essential features within the budget.

03

The result

Happy Cars has a working platform where drivers request services easily and partners write quotes and manage their schedule.

The multilingual setup leaves the platform ready for international growth.

In their words

Great work, Build More! Thank you.

From Build More

Happy Cars came with a clear idea and a tight budget, and that is exactly where we like to step in. Together we put up a working platform where drivers and partners find each other. Multilingual from day one and ready to grow. Good fun to see where they take it.
