The challenge
At diving company Antwerp Underwater Solutions, logistics ran through Excel files nobody could keep straight.
There was no live insight: which items were where, what the status of a certificate was, which equipment was damaged or missing. That meant inefficiency, risk and delays on reordering.

Our approach
We built an intuitive web app with barcode scanning, so divers and technicians check equipment in and out in seconds.
The app gives a live view of the status of every item, van and certificate, and integrates with Yuki for automatic reordering.

Antwerp Underwater Solutions now has one central platform with full transparency over the inventory.
The app cuts admin, prevents loss and damage, and speeds up the logistics flow from warehouse to client and back.
