The challenge
The HR team at Goeyvaerts-R had to track the validity of hundreds of certificates by hand, things like VCA safety certificates and forklift licences.
There was no overview, no automatic alert when a date was about to expire, and it ate up time it should not have. That carried real risk.

Our approach
In two weeks we developed a custom tool, connected directly to Odoo.
The application lays out every certificate clearly and sends HR an automatic warning well before one expires.

The team always has a current overview, no more surprises during inspections, and a serious amount of time saved.
