The challenge
The Cialdini Institute wanted its own digital platform, so certified coaches could join under their brand and guide clients.
Existing platforms like Teachable offered too little flexibility, and a connection to their HubSpot ecosystem was missing.

Our approach
We first built a proof of concept in Bubble.io to make the full coach and client journey tangible fast.
We then grew the MVP into a stable custom application. The HubSpot connection stayed in place and we strengthened performance and security.

The result
The Cialdini Institute now runs its own platform, built around their method and their training offer.
The fast MVP let them start immediately, and the platform matured into a durable solution, ready for international rollout.
