Build More is looking for you!

Do you think in terms of flows, triggers, and systems that automatically work together? We are looking for an Automation Wizard who can translate business processes into smart, reliable, and scalable automations.

At Build More , you Build More on a wide range of digital products for clients, from ambitious SMEs to complex enterprise environments. You will ensure that tools, data, and systems communicate seamlessly with each other, enabling teams to work faster, make fewer mistakes, and scale without additional manual work.

What you will do

  • Designing and building smart automations and workflows
  • Translating business processes into efficient automation solutions
  • Setting up integrations between tools, platforms, and APIs
  • Contributing ideas about data flows, error handling, and scalability
  • Contributing to projects from concept to launch

You understand how processes work, quickly see where automation creates value, and feel comfortable in a small, fast-growing team.

Who we are looking for

You take ownership and think proactively. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you get energy from making things run smarter than "how they've always been done."

You also recognize yourself in several of these points:

  • You think in terms of processes, flows, and exceptions.
  • You are pragmatic: automation must work, not be perfect.
  • You like order, but can handle chaos.
  • You are eager to learn and enjoy experimenting with new tools.
  • You are AI-savvy and use AI as a co-pilot in automation.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Languages

  • English is a must
  • Dutch and French are a plus

Technical affinity

You don't need to be an expert in everything yet, but you're familiar with or curious about tools and concepts like:

  • Automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Data models and database fundamentals
  • AI-assisted workflows (e.g., AI agents, LLM integrations)
  • No-/low-code platforms such as Bubble.io (bonus, not a must)

More important than tools: you understand how and why automations work, and where they can fail.

Practical

  • Start: Part-time
  • Career growth: Possibility of full-time employment in the long term
  • Working method: Remote/hybrid—combination of remote working and onsite collaboration

We are flexible in the start-up phase and are happy to work with you to see what works, with a view to a long-term, sustainable partnership.

What we are not looking for

  • Viewing automation as an end in itself, rather than a means to an end
  • Fragile solutions that do not grow with the business

This role is best suited to someone who likes to contribute ideas, take responsibility, and actively contribute to how we work smarter. Internally and for customers.
