For Lantis, we built a tool that eases their administration by dozens of hours per week. This thanks to smart timesheets.
About this project
Lantis was looking for a solution to the error-prone and time-consuming process of timesheets for their freelancers. Build More digitized this with a simple web app, resulting in fewer errors, less administration and significant time savings.
The challenge
The management of hours worked was via a patchwork of Excel files, handwritten bills and emails. This invariably led to errors, confusion and a huge administrative burden for Lantis' billing department.
The solution
We built a custom application in which freelancers can easily record their hours digitally. The tool takes into account different profiles and approval flows, and provides the billing service with a central, clear overview.
The result
All timesheets are now processed centrally and error-free. Email back and forth is a thing of the past, payments are prepared faster and more accurately, and the user-friendly app is used smoothly by everyone.
